This journal deals EXCLUSIVELY with my attempt at a low-carb diet. I'm considering both Atkin's and South Beach...I will probably go on some combination of the two (mostly South Beach, but still counting carb's, like Atkin's).
I'm a college student--poor, busy, and with no time for a diet. On the other hand, I get in enough exercise just running around trying not to be late. My goal is to lose 10 lbs, 1-2 inches from my waist, and increase my muscle tone before August 1st (when I go into finals for summer school).
My stats:
Age: 20
Height: 5'1 (small frame)
Goal weight: 100-105 lbs (perhaps more, if I add on muscle)
Current weight: 115
Heights weight: 120
Lowest weight: 95
